Will Instruction Form - Useful information and points to
note:
Using the application
This application uses secure forms and connection to store
and return the data. This is to protect your personal data and card details
from unauthorised interception.
You can, if you wish, work off-line to complete the will
application form and re-connect to submit your instructions when complete. As
the whole instruction form must download, it may take up to a minute for the
application to appear depending on the speed of your internet connection.
If you wish to complete the application off-line over a
number of "sessions", data can be saved providing that you have "cookies"
enabled. Due to restrictions within certain browsers, the amount of data that
can be stored within a cookie is limited. If your instructions are particularly
lengthy then you will receive a warning message if the cookie limit has been
exceeded and data can no longer be saved. Providing you complete and submit
your instructions within that session then you should not lose any data.
You should be aware that if you are not the only user of this
computer, other users may be able to access data that is stored by your browser
between "sessions".
If you have this application running in a "full screen"
window then you may find when accessing items in the glossary, or following
links, that the information will not restore to the foreground. If you find
this occurs, you should be able to bring the glossary window to the foreground
by selecting [ALT]+[TAB] or alternatively restoring from the Windows taskbar.
When you have completed and submitted your instructions, you
will receive a summary confirming details of the instructions that you have
given. You can, if you wish, print out any data on a particular screen by
selecting the "print" option at the bottom of each page or by selecting
[CTRL]+P.
To enable this online application to function correctly your
browser will need to have javascript enabled and ensure that you disable all pop
up blockers.
