You may be gone but you’re not forgotten. By drawing up a will,
and making sure you update it when necessary, you’ll be saving your loved ones
a lot of trouble later.
If you don’t have a will:

Your spouse and children could end up with less than you’d
hoped because of the laws about
intestacy.

You might land them with a large inheritance tax bill, but that can
often be reduced or avoided with a little planning.
•
Badly-written wills, drawn up without proper advice, can
cause as much trouble as no will at all.
