Barclays Additions, Additions Plus or Premier Life account
holders using the Barclays Will Writing Service can have a free will prepared
or one free amendment to an earlier will per calendar year. Please see below if
you are a Barclays Additions, Barclays Additions Plus or Premier Life account
holder.
In order to download any of these Will Writing packs your

to be disabled.
Before downloading one of our will packs, please read the attached
update note which provides information about changes to Inheritance Tax (IHT) proposed
by the Government in their pre-budget report on 9th October 2007. These changes are
particularly important if you are considering the use of discretionary trusts in your
will for IHT planning purposes. This document is available in

Please note - mirror wills for husband/wife or partners
can be accommodated on one Will Instruction form.
Wills are prepared in accordance with English Law. If you are
not domiciled in England and Wales this service will not be appropriate for
you.
