Two ways to write your Will
We can make writing your will as trouble-free and
straightforward as any other piece of financial paperwork. You can do it
online, making it even simpler and cheaper. In fact, we do all we can to make
the process as straightforward as possible.
Just choose the type of will writing service you prefer. Wills
are normally prepared and sent to you within seven working days.
Each service is FREE for Barclays Additions, Barclays Additions
Plus or Premier Life account customers. If you need a more complex will,
you can also get a further discount on this option.
Standard Service
Single will: £90 including VAT
Mirror wills: £135 including VAT
(for husbands/wives/partners whose wishes are similar)
Online Application
Why not save some of the money you want to leave? You can get a
substantial discount on the standard charges. Just submit your instructions
using our online will instruction questionnaire.
Single will: £80 including VAT
Mirror wills: £120 including VAT

Complex Wills
If your will requirements are more complex, for example because
you wish to include specific trust structures in your will (to assist with tax
planning, asset protection etc) we can still help. With your agreement we can
pass your completed will instruction form to Irwin Mitchell solicitors to
prepare your will for you.
Please note that our on-line will questionnaire may not be suitable if your
requirements are more complex. Instead you can
