We will produce a formal valuation at a specified date in a format accepted by the Inland Revenue’s Capital Taxes Office. The valuation will list the prices and values of the investments and include where appropriate, interest earned and dividends.

We will provide two copies of the valuation and can send them by post or fax, whichever you prefer.

Our Charges
First £100,000 – 0.15% of the value.

Next £100,000 – 0.10% of the value.

Excess over £200,000 – 0.05% of the value.

Minimum charge per holding - £5.

In addition to the above, if there are more than 12 investments - £3 per excess investment.

Minimum fee - £50.

All charges are subject to VAT at the current rate. We will send you an invoice along with the completed valuation.
