Glossary
We have tried to make this site as easy to use as possible. On
the various pages describing our services, you may find terms that you are
unfamiliar with. We are sorry that we cannot use more common expressions, but
sometimes the words and phrases have specific meaning within the law governing
wills, estates and trusts. This is why we have compiled a
glossary of the terms we have used.
We hope that you will find it useful.
Browsers
Although we try to cater for the majority of visitors,
sometimes it is difficult to make all the features we want to use work with the
vast range of Internet browsers now available.
We design the pages to be seen in any display at least 800 x
600 pixels in size. At least 256 colours (8-bits) are needed, more are
desirable.
We try very hard to accommodate all the more recent versions of
both the Netscape and Microsoft browsers. Currently we test the site against
version 4 and above of Communicator and Internet Explorer.
